Grace & Mercy Health Care Is a health care agency that takes pride in providing superior care that improves the quality of life to all our clients, regardless of age.
We thrive daily to not just meet the needs of our clients, but the needs of our client’s families as well. Our staff is experienced and properly trained prior to being assigned to any of our clients.
We understand that not one plan of care fits all; therefore, we take the time to individualize a plan of care that will fit the needs of each of our clients.

Whether you need daily or weekly assistance due to aging, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation, our care givers will provide an individualized service that you can trust.
OUR SERVICES
Private Duty Nursing & Pediatric Private Duty Nursing
We have licensed RNs and LPNs who provide private duty care work one-on-one for the young and elderly. Depending on your need, we will provide care in the home or in-facility, such as a hospital or nursing home.
Skilled Nursing
Our team of licensed nurses are experienced and compassionate. If you or a loved one are in need wound care, tube feedings, rehabilitation, and/or specific care, we are here to help.
In-Facility Care
Grace and Mercy Health Care Services provides care in facilities such as hospices, nursing homes, and hospitals. We will send our skilled and licensed nurses or personal care assistants to where you or your loved ones are.
In-Home Respite Care &
Companion Services
Caring for loved ones in the home can be difficult. We have trained, knowledgeable, and supportive PCAs and CNAs to provide short-term relief for caregivers in the home. We can also provide non-medical services such as light housekeeping and give the emotional support your loved ones are in need ofwhile you are away.
Nursing Staffing
We make it our responsibility to match expertise with your needs. In addition to offering one-to-one services, we can also provide a team of health care professionals for hospitals, hospices, nursing homes, and other health care facilities.
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
We understand the barriers that exist in the transportation industry and are filling the gap. If you or loved ones need assistance with getting to medical appointments or other non-emergency medical trips, we have the ADA-compliant vehicles to the do the job.
